It will take 12 – 15 minutes depending on thickness to cook through, you can use skinless and olive oil instead of skin-on and butter.😊 You can also pound the thick part of the breast by putting plastic wrap over it & then pound it with the bottom of heave pan, or a can of beans, veggies, you get the idea. That way your breast won’t be dry on the thin end and uncooked on the thick end.

Turn 3 or 4 times during the cooking process to ensure you cook through. Don’t over cook it! 😱Over cooking makes it tough, not tender!
